Livio the Double Fang is a childhood companion of Wolfwood and the last member of the Gung-Ho Guns originating from the Eye of Michael. His weapons are the Double Fangs, two compact cross-shaped machine guns attached to his arms that shoot from both ends.
His physique has been augmented by an accelerated metabolic rate, enabling him to recover from almost fatal injuries within seconds. He spent his formative years in the same orphanage as Wolfwood, earning the moniker "Livio the Crybaby." Razlo the Tri-Punisher of Death represents a violent and deranged alternate personality, considered another member of the Gung-Ho Guns. Razlo was conceived to endure all the abuse inflicted by Livio's father, shielding Livio from awareness. Razlo emerges only after Livio experiences severe pain or violence, often engaging in violent acts like murdering Livio's parents. Utilizing three Punishers, akin to Wolfwood's firearm, with assistance from a bionic arm, he operates. Three servants assist him in carrying his Punishers whenever Livio's persona is dominant.
The duo confronts Wolfwood, resulting in their defeat, though Wolfwood succumbs to his injuries exacerbated by an overdose on a regenerative drug. Post-conflict, Livio acknowledges Razlo's presence, asserting his newfound strength to face life independently without relying on his unstable alter ego, who recedes into his subconscious. Vash chooses to pardon Livio subsequently, and Livio becomes Vash's partner in a quest for redemption, aspiring to live as Wolfwood envisioned. Engaging Elendira in combat, unable to triumph alone, Livio awakens Razlo to assist in eliminating Crimsonnail by leveraging Razlo's quicker reflexes and superior vision. Eventually, Livio resides at his former orphanage with the children, shown honoring Wolfwood's grave.
