Leon's skepticism towards the supernatural leads him to dismiss D's explanations, but this stance is gradually challenged as the series unfolds. Known for his lecherous behavior, Leon frequently chases after women. Throughout the series, he receives two pets from D—a flowering plant and a butterfly—that provide comfort during difficult times, unlike other pets sold by D, which are intended to teach their owners important lessons.
