Of all the kingdoms in existence, few can claim their king was undoubtedly the most block-headed and dim-witted of all time. The King, known only by this title, rules over a magical land where Mink, Dick Saucer, and his surly daughter, Princess Vina, reside. As a ruler, the King shows little concern for his people and is primarily preoccupied with eliminating Mink. Many years ago, Mink's father, Ruth, was once the King's best swordsman. When a red dragon appeared, the King ordered Ruth to slay it. Instead, Ruth fell in love with the dragon, married her, had a child named Mink, and lived happily ever after. Now, the King desires to marry Ruth's wife, but first, he must kill Ruth. However, the King is very straightforward and unintelligent. Relying on others' persuasion, he punishes people with a giant stone block called "the king's crushing anger." Once the King sets his mind on something, he will stop at nothing to accomplish his goal, even though he buckles under pressure and is cowardly. Rosario suggested using Mink as bait for Ruth's surrender, but after her supposed death and capture, Mink was still alive. After Mink escaped and defeated Vina, the King sent Damaramu after her, followed by Dick Saucer, both of whom failed. Totally disheartened, the King took Rosario's idea to enter Mink in the killer martial arts tournament. Since the King was a sponsor of the tournament, it was easy for him to enroll Vina into it so she could finish off Mink. As the tournament progressed, Mecha-Damaramu, Princess Vina, and even Dick Saucer were defeated, leaving Mink to face Doug Finn. Doug Finn was inevitably dragon-punched into the lake of lava surrounding the ring, and Mink won the grand prize. Despite not being the brightest, and having a head "balder than a baboon's ass" as Vina put it, the King remains a powerful enemy. With dozens of criminal connections and resources, the King will stop at nothing to kill Mink for his sake, his daughter's sake, and not to mention his own dumb self!
