Kasumi serves as the class president for Yuuki and Zero's class. He comes across as a highly disciplined and orderly individual, willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals in life. His dramatic tendencies are evident when he confronts Yuuki about her subpar academic performance with visible agitation. It is clear that Kasumi harbors a significant crush on Ruka, often becoming flustered in her presence.
Among the few remaining students of the day class who recall the night class' secret and the events from the Rido Kuran Arc, Kasumi stands out. Initially, his memories were erased, but they resurfaced after an encounter with Ruka, which rekindled his feelings of affection for her.
