kashue

King Kashue, known as the Mercenary King, earned his title by unifying the desert kingdoms through his prowess in battle. Now ruling over the unified Kingdom of Flaim, he comes to King Fahn's aid in the war against Marmo.

Shortly after the war's end, unrest begins at Fire Dragon Mountain. The Shooting Star has awakened! Determined to halt the ancient dragon, Kashue sets out with his men.

Parn has always admired the Mercenary King, but Kashue did not become a king without reason. Initially rejecting Parn's help due to his impulsiveness, Kashue realizes that Parn would follow him regardless, just as he did to Fire Dragon Mountain. Then, news of rising darkness on Marmo reaches Kashue, and he understands what must be done. He calls upon all the kingdoms of Lodoss to unite and confront the growing forces of Marmo in one final, monumental battle. Even the ancient dragons Narse and Mycin will engage in this conflict.
