The second member of W.I.S.E. introduced has the appearance of a young teenager and wears a distinctive black helmet with a fin on the crest. He appears to be a swordsman, with the ability to materialize swords. Alongside Dholaki, he appears with Miroku in his declaration of war in the second version of the future, and it is assumed he was present in the unchanged future as well. It is later revealed that he works as a janitor in a disbanded orphanage to look for Caprico and convince her to join WISE. It is also revealed that he was part of project "Grigori" and was known as #05. His PSI ability is called "Bishamon-Mura," which manifests as hundreds of fragile swords floating in the air. When these swords break, their pieces fall and cut the enemy into pieces. He also demonstrates the ability "Bishamon-Tsubute," where he uses a knife as a medium, stabbing or slashing at enemies to release more solid knives that can penetrate or slice through them. He led the assault on Tenju's Root and nearly killed Ageha if not for Asuka's timely intervention. Asuka managed to injure him using the newly discovered PSI ability known as Nova.
