Broom-head. Jirou is a wannabe school bully who had been bullied himself when he was younger. Upon arriving at Yagami, he made a vow to become the top bully in the school. However, his plans were thwarted by Harima, who became his main rival. His backstory is detailed in the first OVA episode. When he's not styling his blonde hair upwards in his signature broom shape, he wears it in two ponytails, which often leads to confusion as it resembles Eri's hairstyle.
Jirou has a particular interest in "Swimsuit Sumo" and shows considerable talent in it, even winning a competition at one point.
