Hikaru is an angel created by a junior high school student named Misaki, also known as Misakchi. When Misaki designed Hikaru, she intended for her to be a swift and agile type. Hikaru became a miraculous rookie by performing at her best, helping Misaki become the champion of Angelic Layer.
