Tougou Haruna is the younger sister of Tougou Masakazu from Class 2-D. The manga reveals that she shares the same class as Tsukamoto Yakumo, and her best friend is Inaba Miki. Similar to her older brother, she exhibits a high level of elegance and prefers to do things her own way. As of Episode 3 of the second term, she has not yet had any speaking lines.
