A classmate of Tsuna and a friend of Kyoko. She has a crush on the 15-year-old "Adult Lambo," but ironically, she dislikes children, especially Lambo, to the extent that she develops hives when annoyed by them.
Hana appears more observant and thoughtful compared to most other female characters. She is aware that Tsuna has a crush on Kyoko. In the Vongola Tournament arc, she was the one who noticed something strange with Ryohei and Tsuna. Although she doesn't know the full truth behind their activities, she remains suspicious of Tsuna and his friends, even in the Future arc.
In the Future arc, Hana takes young Kyoko to her house, delivering Ryohei's message and a 'care package' containing daily necessities. It also seems that Hana is now married; only a silhouette of her husband is shown in their picture together.
In the Future arc, it is assumed that Hana gets married as her 25-year-old self has a picture with a silhouetted man. The identity of Hana's spouse was never revealed in the anime or manga.
