The Dragon King of the Western Ocean. Solely in charge of Heaven's Western Army, he is the superior officer of Tenpou and Kenren. As a military leader, he upholds strict discipline and unwaveringly regards Heaven's commands as absolute. He eliminates unnecessary elements and is meticulously punctual. He holds Tenpou in high regard and, at an early stage, saved Goku and the others, who had started associating with Tenpou, from peril. Despite being caught in the turmoil of the four's rebellion, he observed their paths firsthand even if he couldn't comprehend their motives. He has two horns protruding from his silver hair.
