Glo Xinia was first introduced during a Millefiore family meeting, appearing via hologram from a remote location while searching for the rings. At the meeting, he comes across as confident and sharp, quickly grasping Byakuran's plans, unlike many others present. According to Byakuran, his unorthodox methods have led to conflicts with Shouichi in the past.
Glo Xinia serves as the captain of the White Spell's 8th Wisteria squad. Byakuran trusts his abilities enough to deploy him in response to a potential Varia appearance. During this mission, he encounters the younger Chrome Dokuro, who has been brought to the future using the ten-year-bazooka, inside the abandoned Kokuyou Healthy Land building. He explains to her how he defeated the future Mukuro and forced her future self to retreat.
He derives a sadistic pleasure from combat and takes delight in informing Chrome that her fighting techniques are outdated. During their battle, he uses a box weapon of the rain element, a riding crop, and an owl enveloped in Dying Will Flame, which is later revealed to be hosting Mukuro. His comments during the fight with Chrome often border on inappropriate, referencing her supposed sexual prowess and his preference for her future body type. After the battle with Chrome and Mukuro, he is hospitalized with severe injuries and a broken jaw. However, it is later discovered that he planted a tracking device on Chrome. He also seems aware of a traitor within the Millefiore Family but, due to his injuries, cannot share this information with Shoichi.
