Haine's younger "brother," Giovanni, was also subjected to the Kerberos experiments, though their effects manifested later. Like Haine, he possesses a spine collar and remarkable healing abilities. Giovanni is easily recognizable by his bug-eyed sunglasses and distinctive mop-top haircut. Despite being genetically modified by his "mother" Einstürzen, he fights alongside her forces.

Giovanni enjoys taunting Haine, particularly about Lily's death, in an attempt to provoke a berserker rage. He retains vivid and traumatic memories of the experiments he endured. Giovanni first appears in Dogs and wields dual Walther P38 pistols.
