Fritz Stanford is a member of the Aryan Socialist Union, a neo-Nazi group based in the United States. The group, led by Ratchman, embarked on a salvage mission near Jakarta, formerly known as Batavia. Their goal was to retrieve a painting titled 'The Twelve Knights Led by Brunhilda' by a lesser-known German artist from the sunken U-boat U-1324. However, their plans were complicated when they crossed paths with Revy and Rock of the Lagoon Company, who were also hired by the same employer, former SS officer Lord Alfred, to find the painting.
Stanford, tall and large-framed, embodies the typical neo-Nazi: blindly loyal to his leader and fiercely devoted to his extremist beliefs. During a confrontation aboard the A.S.U.'s boat, where Revy and Dutch had come to search for the painting and eliminate the group's members during their drunken revelry, Stanford encountered Revy just as her pistols ran out of ammunition. Brashly and foolishly, he began to boast about how 'weak' she was, even showing off his customized, gold-plated Luger pistol, claiming that someone like Revy couldn't lift it. Meanwhile, Revy calmly reloaded her weapons. She then shot Stanford in the head, not only to kill him but also to silence his arrogant boasts.
