Franklin takes on the role of a caregiver for Shizuku, showing genuine concern for her well-being. He is typically calm and respectful, often stepping in to defuse arguments and fights within the organization. Franklin is one of the members of the Genei Ryodan who originally came from Ryūseigai.
His Nen Ability - Double Machine Gun: Franklin can transform himself into a human machine gun, as his fingers unscrew to reveal chambers that channel his nen energy, which he shoots out as bullets. It's worth noting that cutting off his fingers was not necessary to achieve this ability; Franklin chose to do so because he believed it would make him more effective. This act of commitment significantly increased the power of his Nen Bullets. His ability has been demonstrated to eliminate an entire room full of people in mere seconds.
