Figure 17 represents a fusion between Tsubasa Shiina and the Ribers named Hikaru. Ordinarily, a Ribers enhances the physical capabilities of its user, yet Figure 17 transcends these norms. She exhibits superior strength, speed, and resilience against physical attacks compared to any other Ribers. Initially, D.D. relies on Figure 17 to neutralize the Maguar threats, as his own Ribers unit is destroyed. D.D.'s partner, Oldina, subsequently arrives and attempts to demonstrate that the two girls are unnecessary for their mission.
