Enma Kozato is a gloomy and introverted transfer student at Namimori Middle School. His social skills are lacking, with his shy demeanor and soft voice making him an easy target for bullies. He seems weak-willed, to the extent that Hana Kurokawa describes him as "the type who'd get teased a lot," reminding Tsuna of his own past self. His red eyes bear a symbol closely resembling the crest on his ring.
It is later revealed that Enma is the leader of the Shimon Mafia Family. In the Katekyo Hitman REBORN! VOMIC, he is voiced by Uchiyama Kouki.
