A deranged serial killer with elongated limbs and a lanky build, Kise was brought into W.I.S.E. alongside Grigori #03 shortly after Grana joined the organization in the present timeline. Kise perceives his killings as an art form and considers himself a genius in this craft. His PSI ability, "Zone Diver," allows him to phase through solid objects like walls, enabling him to silently approach and kill unsuspecting victims with his two knives. Additionally, Kise can assimilate his body into his surroundings. This power lets him generate countless limbs, relocate his vital organs anywhere within the environment, and drag victims into the environment, either trapping them there indefinitely or turning them into statues by encasing them with materials from the assimilated surroundings. In the future timeline, Kise, now known as Vigo, joins Junas and the Star Commander's elite Scourge unit to invade Tenju's Roots. During the invasion, Vigo takes an interest in Marie and threatens to add her to his collection. Shao intervenes just in time, and the two engage in a brutal fight, with Shao emerging victorious and breaking Vigo's neck. Despite this, Vigo survives and knocks Marie unconscious, kidnapping her. As Vigo leaves Tenju's Roots with the unconscious Marie, he chillingly tells a helpless Van to inform Shao that if he wants to rescue Marie, he must travel to Astral Nova, W.I.S.E.'s capital, and face Vigo there. Vigo is ultimately killed by Mithra while trying to save Marie, moved because she was the first person to worry about him rather than herself.
