Collette Farandole is a beastgirl enrolled at the magical academy in the city-state of Ariadne, where she trains to become a mage knight. She is the first person Yue encounters after being teleported and is inadvertently responsible for Yue's complete memory loss. This occurred when Collette accidentally collided with Yue while practicing a memory-erasing spell on her broom. Feeling culpable for Yue's condition, and wanting to avoid punishment, Collette volunteers to look after Yue and assist her with her studies at the academy.
Similar to the class president, Collette is an avid fan of Nagi Springfield, boasting an extensive collection of souvenirs and merchandise. Her fan club membership number is 96077. During a competition, Collette partners with Yue in an attempt to reach the tournament finals. In the race, Collette and Yue perform impressively, even managing to get ahead of Emily Sevensheep and her partner. It is then that Collette realizes the blank card she found when Yue first arrived was actually Yue's Pactio Card.
