The Cervello organization seems to be composed entirely of women who all share an identical appearance. However, it remains unclear if this is truly the case, as men with different looks were seen repairing the school using Illusions; it is uncertain whether these men are actually disguised pink-haired Cervello. Byakuran mentions that the Cervello's 'specialty' lies in their ability to judge fairly and impartially, even when supporting another team.
They always appear in pairs, dressed in matching outfits that reflect current Japanese fashion trends. Each member wears the same eye mask and has long pink or lavender hair, though the length can vary depending on their role (for instance, during the Vongola Ring Conflict - Sky Match, only the judges had long hair while those tending to unwell participants like Lambo had shorter hair). The Cervello are masked women who serve as judges in games or tournaments. They are supposedly loyal solely to the Vongola Famiglia but work for the Millefiore Famiglia in the future timeline. So far, they have appeared three times: judging during the Varia Arc, serving Shoichi Irie, and acting as judges in Choice.
Their roles include:
- Enforcing the rules.
- Informing contestants about the rules.
- Serving individuals in higher positions.
In a flashback, the Cervello are shown giving Byakuran his Sky Mare Ring, stating that no one is more deserving of the ring than him.
