Bluebell is known as the Rain Funeral Wreath and once possessed the Rain Mare Ring. Along with the other Funeral Wreaths, she ruled over various parallel universes, but these realms were fraught with great misfortunes. Byakuran discovered them and, through his guidance, taught them how to become stronger. Bluebell stands out as the only female Funeral Wreath and is potentially the youngest among them. It remains unclear if she is entirely human, given that she was initially seen inside a water tank and has the ability to transform parts of her body into water. Her personality is childlike, much like Byakuran's, though despite her youthful appearance, around 10 years old, she has a sharp tongue.
