Bermuda is essentially a young Vindice possessing the Clear Arcobaleno Pacifier. Not much is known about it, but it was seen alongside Von Vichtenstein when he sealed the deal between Giotto and Cozarto.
The Vindice briefly appeared on Bermuda Von Vichtenstein's shoulder, emitting a strange sound as Bermuda announced that he would be overseeing the vow between Cozarto and Giotto.
