A peculiar kid with dreadlocks, Ball has a fondness for round objects and joins Ruby and Jio following the events in Entotsu City, where he lived with his parents and younger sister. Initially, Ball enjoyed pretending to be an OPT and showing off. He was astounded when Kirin informed him that he was indeed a genuine OPT. He received his O-Part, named Cool Ball (C rank), with the ability Magnet (Magnetism). After the time-skip, he wields a new O-part called Tricky (B rank), which consists of smaller versions of Cool Ball resembling marbles. Ball possesses an acute sense of hearing, capable of distinguishing different notes just by listening, though he can't play any instruments. He often plays a comedic role in the group due to his occasionally perverted behavior. During the Rock Bird arc, Ball and Jio faced off in battle. It was revealed that Ball had trained daily to match Jio's combat abilities. During the fight, Ball surprised everyone by showcasing significant improvement with his O-part, even discovering an advanced form of its effect mid-battle. Although he managed to get Jio to take him seriously and landed a few good hits, Ball ultimately lost when Jio activated Satan's power. His defeat wasn't in vain, as Jio acknowledged him as a worthy rival afterward. Ball demonstrated his prowess as a high-ranking OPT again by defeating the powerful cyclops, Tsubame, with his third eye open. This victory earned him Mei's admiration, although he remains unaware of her feelings and thinks she's just acting strangely. In the Zenom base, Ball defeated Franken using Tricky's magnetic effect to dismantle him from the inside out. While not as physically strong as Jio, Ball has proven himself to be a capable fighter. Like Jio, his reflexes, strength, and awareness improved greatly after training with Kirin. Unlike Jio, Ball shows a natural talent for handling O-Parts, with Kirin and others noting his superior control over them. In battle, Ball displays remarkable cunning and strategy, using his O-parts' magnetism to deceive opponents and come up with surprising plans on the fly. He even rivaled Jio during their fight in the Rock Bird arc. Due to his skill with handling, Ball is usually the one who pilots the group's transportation vehicles.
