Athena is the third "Water Fairy" working for Orange Planet and serves as Alice's mentor. She often appears absent-minded and tends to overlook important details, such as forgetting to duck while rowing under a bridge in the anime. Despite her scatterbrained nature, she genuinely cares for Alice. Athena trained alongside Alicia and Akira as an undine apprentice and frequently participated in joint practice sessions with them, similar to how Akari, Aika, and Alice do now.
Athena possesses a beautiful singing voice, which she uses both to entertain her customers and to assist Alice when she faces difficulties. Her laugh is peculiar, often sounding like she is angry. She became acquainted with Alicia and Akira during their trainee days and practiced together with them. Although she tends to be quiet most of the time, she enjoys joining in on fun activities. Her title as a prima undine is "Seiren," meaning "Heavenly Voice."
