Alicia is the only other undine with Aria Company and one of the Three Water Fairies of Neo-Venezia, known by the title "Snow White". At the beginning of the series, she is 19 years old and the most popular undine in the city, especially recognized for her graceful rowing style. She became a Prima at 15, making her the youngest to achieve this rank.
Like Akari, Alicia is relaxed and easy-going but enjoys teasing others, particularly her childhood friend Akira. Her favorite phrase is "ara ara," and she often giggles, much to Akira's annoyance. According to Grandma Akino, Alicia is an excellent undine because she finds joy in everything she does.
Towards the end of the series, Alicia announces her upcoming marriage (though her fiancé is not revealed) and her retirement to take on an administrative role with the Gondola Association. She shares with Akari that she delayed her Prima exam because she had intended to retire afterward and didn't want to leave her student and friend behind.
According to issue #6 of Monthly Undine, after retiring, "Snow White" is designated as the 8th "honored appellation" by the Gondola Association, recognizing her significant contributions to the industry.
