Akira is one of Neo Venezia's three Water Fairies and serves as Aika's supervisor at Himeya company. Known as the "Demon Instructor," she is renowned for her rigorous training methods and her loud, brusque demeanor. Despite Aika being the heir to her employers, Akira is particularly tough on her, believing in Aika's potential. She is the only employee at Himeya who does not indulge Aika, which Aika herself acknowledges has been crucial to her development as a skilled undine. As a prima undine, Akira is known by the title "Crimson Rose" (真紅の薔薇).
Akira is celebrated for her conversational skills and extensive knowledge of Neo Venezia's attractions. She has many admirers among her clientele, though interestingly, more of her fans are female than male, which mildly annoys her as she considers herself very feminine.
The relationship between Akira and Alicia mirrors that of Akari and Aika, with Alicia often teasing Akira. This dynamic is unsurprising given that Akira and Alicia have been friends since childhood. However, Akira is somewhat irked that Alicia became a Prima before her, even though Alicia initially pursued a career as an undine to follow in Akira's footsteps.
