Arthur Barma was the heir to the Barma dukedom a century ago. Following the Tragedy of Sablier, Jack Vessalius coerced Arthur into penning a fabricated account that cast Jack as the hero of the Tragedy and Glen as the villain. However, unknown to Jack, Arthur revealed the truth about Jack's actions in the final chapter of his journal, which he heavily encrypted.
