Al Bowen is one of the two prodigious twins who worked for Egrigori. Due to their exceptional intelligence, the twins were ostracized by their peers. Egrigori provided them with a sanctuary and utilized their talents to develop weapons.
Al employs his cyborg Minus to combat the ARMS, as the twins were dispatched to apprehend them. However, they took advantage of this mission to terrorize the school in Aisora and subsequently faced threats from Egrigori. After being rescued by Ryo, Hayato, and Takeshi, Al joins forces with them in the fight against Egrigori.
