Adelheid is a new transfer student at Namimori Middle School, originally from Shimon Middle School. She first appears in chapter 283 when Tsuna passes by her on his way to school and notices her unusual height and uniform. Later in the same chapter, she is seen requesting the use of a room from Hibari for the "Liquidation Committee" while at the Disciplinary Committee.
In chapter 285, she engages in a fight with Hibari but is stopped by Tsuna. Like Hibari, she shows a preference for using violence and tends to be cold and serious. Her weapon of choice consists of two metal fans, and she is known as number 20 in the fandom. Adelheid's voice actress is Yuuki Aira.
