I just hope Otsu and Musashi will settle down and have a happy ending but I fear Inoue will take the more dramatic route.

Well I didn't think the injury was that dangerous, but maybe it's only temporary I mean look at Musashi's recovery rate but in that time he may choose to settle down with Otsu as unlikely as that sounds.

No, he can still walk he will not be injured that easily lol plus he recovers fast.

                Another good chapter of Vagabond by Inoue-sensei.  The art is very beautiful and the scenario becomes more sad.

Of course he'll walk again, he has to fight Kojiro and The Yagyu dude before retiring.

Takuan said he might not be able to walk. I imagine he'll make a recovery, he still has Kojiro to fight, maybe a few others depending on how much of the rumours around Musashi's life Vagabond goes into.  For example, Musashi was supposed to have fought with that Gonnosuke guy (who formed his own school for the wooden staff), the one who followed Kojiro and Ittosai around for a while. I guess we'll have to wait and see...
