Highschool of the Dead Chapter 20 Discussion

This chapter would have worked much better if it was a few volumes ago, or if the grandma wasn't already completely doomed. Anyone alive at this point would have survived a great deal that I don't see how they would muster the energy to take an extremely risky mission to keep an old lady alive for just one more week.

Police Lady is going to die eventually.  If Fatty McFat Fat is destined to be paired with anyone it's going to be Genius girl.  Granted he's probably going to lose quite a bit of weight after the inevitable time skip.

Tamaru is like Rika's partner. Heroes to the end. Too bad Tamaru could have survived in this case if they didn't get the blood. The granny needs weekly transfusions...how the hell are you supposed to support that kind of treatment? They didn't even get anything else worthwhile in that trip.
