Whenever it involves Hayate's brother or Athena, there is some hope for actual serious things to happen.



Now  that Ruka's Arc has been somewhat ended.

I didn't know there was a stereotype about glasses girls being thoughtless.

Last chapter thread I wrote

It feels so good to know this arc is finally over...who knows, maybe now Hata will finally start to wrap things up? (doubtful). He keeps putting the real interesting parts of the series on hold for so long it's maddening but I'm so interested in knowing what will happen I can't stop reading. Dealing with Athena's condition with the use of the Shirosakura, the inheritance, Himegami, Yozora, Hayate's brother, and the Maria arc we were promised sooooo long ago. I think it's time Hata starts delivering these.

I'm glad to see Hata actually delivering a bit on one of these, this manga has suddenly turned interesting again. Let's just hope Hata keeps at it this time...

Finally..Ruka arc out...royal garden arc in..though I am not sure what should be the  name of the new arc...

Also..That doc is involved everywhere!!.........First ruka's parents and now she might have known or seen Hayate's brother....I gotta keep an eye on her..she is full of surprises....

finally, ruka's arc is done and  i guess we can focus more on the real story.... can't wait to see what that doctor will tell hayate. might be, something useful about seeing his brother or something

Good thing I had recently re-read the Athena arc, because I would have probably forgot about Hayate's brother. Good thing Hata-sensei didn't.



Also Hata-sensei has answered the question to a debate I had on another forum on whether Hayate would forgive his parents or if they would even apologize. So there you have it. And since this arc is now over. Still gonna say it was fantastic for doing what I thought impossible and gave Nagi significant character development and for making Ruka perhaps the best harem female character in quite a while.
