finally, ruka's arc is done and  i guess we can focus more on the real story.... can't wait to see what that doctor will tell hayate. might be, something useful about seeing his brother or something

Let's hope there's a major plot development on the next arc..

Good thing I had recently re-read the Athena arc, because I would have probably forgot about Hayate's brother. Good thing Hata-sensei didn't.



Also Hata-sensei has answered the question to a debate I had on another forum on whether Hayate would forgive his parents or if they would even apologize. So there you have it. And since this arc is now over. Still gonna say it was fantastic for doing what I thought impossible and gave Nagi significant character development and for making Ruka perhaps the best harem female character in quite a while.

Of interesting note... Was re-reading Ruka's introduction arc which included the moment before A-tan reverted back to a child, and she (A-tan) does mention Hayate brother there, so there might be a connection.

That's good, it gives a new perspective on how things ended.
