This is a really tragic moment for Shinji. I don't really know what could to be said to a person who is going through what he's currently going through.

Loved this chapter, the arts always been pretty stellar in the manga, but this chapter in particular. Those two pages with only four panels showing the characters reaction to Rei's explosion, really powerful. That quick moment where Misato turned in anger at Ritsuko but stopped when she saw her expression, devastating. The stuff with Shinji and Kaworu continue to be great, especially after seeing how it was in the anime, and the ending scene with Shinji was excellent.

Nice chapter. Further proves that Shinji is not a coward, he was not afraid to beat Kaworu for what he said about Rei.

Yet another brilliant chapter. This volume is pretty much amazing so far.

That was a really powerful scene at the end.

Shinji and Rei have a much deeper relationship in the manga, and i've really enjoyed watching it develop. This chapter really shows how hard Rei's death is on Shinji. Threatening to punch Kaworu like that, manga Shinji is more BA than anime Shinji.....until he passes out like that. I was so hoping Kaworu would get a good punch in the face.

This was a great chapter. Not much dialogue, but the images were speaking for themselves. I liked Shinji's reaction to Kaworu. I would do the same if I were him

One of the things I like about this manga is that i t makes me have a better appreciation of the characters. But also reminds me how disgusting was kaworu.

The manga did a much better job portraying Rei and Shinji's relationship.

What's with the whole classified thing tho? Are they salvaging Rei's body?
