So, am I right in thinking that they were saying that Cessies's presence is actually in a way pressuring Manuela into using Heroin? Life sure is complicated, but I think Manuela is just using anything as an excuse here.

It's really hard to pressure Manuela to decrease using the drugs. She already addicted to it for a long times.
