Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi Chapter 583 Discussion

Kinda rush but...I love the ending...thinking that he'll never be able to marry Miu...like Miu's grandfather said anyone who wants to be her lover and even marry her must beat him first...well I gues Kenichi did surpass the old timer...

nice ending to to a great series...looking forward to sensei's next work...

I did hope for more. If we're lucky he might pick up and do "a story for another time".

But the last frame made more questions pop up than I'd prefer.

Such as: Who was that in the wedding picture? Could it have been Kenichi's younger sister and Natsu? Renka and Kenichi? Aaaand so on... Though the story did imply that it was indeed Kenichi and Miu (since both the Elder and the father pretty much approved of him).

I want more... I hope we will be in such fortune that we will see "Kenichi : The road to master(or something similar)" in a not too faraway future.



A big solid 9.5 from me! (the last .5 was taken away because we didn't really get to see Miu and Kenichi end up together, except the blurry picture and purple spandex) Really was worth looking up, this manga.

12 years of publishing and it has such a shitty ending..

Wait, what? This was the last chapter?

Since Apachai fight, the manga was downhill for me. But I still have good memories from the first chapters.



And that last page is very satisfying. The best in two hundred chapters.

Really rushed ending tbh. It does make somewhat sense though I guess...



Anyways, it's been a fun journey. Now we'll see what the upcoming project will be about soon. 7/10.

Ending arc was bad, really bad. There are several things I hate that you can do an ending, and they did worst of them all- Throw in some character who was never seen before, and make previous bad guy a good guy. Still, fights were awesome and I really loved reading this manga. I will give it 8/10.

It made a peak enjoyment point through chapters 180-250. It got kinda boring through 400-550 when it focused on Master's fights more than Kenichi. Seeing Kenichi grow was a fun nevertheless.



I really wanted to see the fight between the Elder and Kenichi. Since she married Miu it must have happened...
