I like the book so far, I think the FL is practical and compliant, if a bit of a pushover, which I think makes her compelling in a way where she feels grounded in reality. I like how the author so far has been showing us that the ML is getting more gentle with the FL as he's understanding her importance to him and enjoying her unique company and sense of humour. Rather than telling us, which again feels like more of a natural progression. We haven't seen the 'og' FL yet but I'm very curious to see the interaction there.
