I’ve Got this Cannon Fodder’s Back Chapter 20 Discussion

I was pretty interested in the story until the second arc, but I feel like the perfection of the MC and the idealized relationship means there's really nothing new to read. And the plots are not fleshed out enough I'm drawn into finding out what happens next. Somehow, the face slapping is also really muted, probably because we don't really invest in a villain or any side characters.
