With the real Dragon King dead and Zu An f*cking her for multiple nights (so it's not a one-night stand), I don't see why not.
Zu An also met with Ti Shanyu on the way to the demons' Sealed Lands, but she's a minor character so I forgot about her.
Summary(not really): Zu An passed the Hell Trials with their contents based on "Journey to the West". He had some drinks with his old friend's spiritual thought (the one who gave out the Trials), gained the Netherworld Book and saw his friend's spiritual thought dissipating. He defeated the three Kings to compete for the authority to rule Netherworld - the Demon King, the Dragon King and Zhao Hao who disguised himself as Fake Dragon King's subordinate. Zu An had no enmity with the Dragon King but the Dragon King wasn't willing to allow Zu An to become Netherworld Ruler, plus he was angry that Hongyu had seggs with him. After becoming Netherworld Ruler, Zu An found Chuyan under Wangchuan River, got interrogated about his relationship with Yan Xuehen, had some sexy time but found out he couldn't revive her. He also met Gao Ying and found out about the capital's coup, so it's likely that his next destination will be the human capital.
Back to Liuyu protecting Zu An's body, she struggled for 3 days before she used the necklace Zu An gave her to summon the Jing Teng sisters. The sisters bought them a bit more time before Zu An's soul goes back to his body and the enemies said "F*CK!"

Sorry for the very late reply. I don't remember all details but I'll try to keep this short.
Several daoists and King Qi attempted to kill the Emperor but failed. The Principal (not Jiang Luofu but Jiang Luofu's master) showed up and used a formation to suck himself, the Emperor, Zu An, Yan Xuehen, Yun Jianyue, Xie Daoyun and 2 other daoists into a portal and transported them to the hidden realm where Chu Chuyan, Pei Mianman and other winners of the students' tournament were currently exploring. The Emperor used the 2 daoists as cannon fodder and as expected they both died in the end. In the secret realm Zu An met a new girl (I don't remember her name), a new enemy - The Ghost King, whom kept himself and the Emperor in check for Zu An to profit. They entered an ancient dungeon, some fights happened, the new girl led Zu An and the Ghost King following behind them to the deepest part of the dungeon - where she revealed that she and the Ghost King were actually sisters. They were actually parts of the dungeon's sealing talisman which gained conscience later on, and she wanted to return to the talisman, fixing it to stabilize the seal to prevent releasing monsters into the world and sacrificing herself in the process. A big fight happened between Zu An, the new girl, the Ghost King after regaining her memory, versus the dungeon monsters. The Ghost King fused with the new girl, which earned Zu An two lovers inside one body. Sadly they were too weak after the fight so Zu An had to seal them inside a coffin, hoping to find a way to cure them afterwards. The Principal fought against the Emperor and died, but at least all these battles have worn the Emperor down and gave him serious injuries. Zu An, Yan Xuehen and Yun Jianyue interfered with the Emperor's Heavenly Tribulation and successfully killed him (GOD DAMN FINALLY!). After getting out of the secret realm, everyone except Xie Daoyun said goodbye to Zu An and returned to their sects. Returning to the capital, Zu An became the new Principal, found out that the Qin and Murong families were arrested and some even crippled by the Meng Family (Qin is the family of Chu Chuyan's mother, Qin Wanru; the Murong is a close ally family, with Murong Qinghe head over heals with Chu Youzhao, who doesn't know that Chu Youzhao is actually female; the Meng family is the family of Princess Dai, who wanted her husband to become the new Emperor and dragged the other two families in to deal with Zu An). Liu Ning (the Empress) seemed to have affection for Zu An and doesn't treat him as a tool anymore. Zu An went on a rampage and killed almost all members of the Meng Family, including the patriarch, the elders, a guardian beast and a new Earthly Immortal from the dead Emperor's family. Pretty much everone in the capital now feared Zu An for his overwhelming power both in cultivation and politics (he's the new Principal and the Chancellor of both the Demon and Human countries). Things seem to be going well for him right now and it'll probably take a while before he goes on a new adventure.

Nope. There are 3 girls that are interested in him, but they're from the past so he didn't make any move to make them his lovers - past Mermaid Queen, who looks similar to Shang Liuyu but has a different last name; past Peacock Princess, who looks similar to Kong Nanwu and also shares the same last name; Asura Princess, who looks similar to Murong Qinghe but has many arms thanks to her racial trait.
Story update summary:
- Zu An hid his name and used the identity of Fengdu Emperor, helped the Sea Clan repel the otherworld demons as well as dealt a grievous blow to past Mogad, earning him the gratitude of the Sea Clan and the love of past Mermaid Queen, whom is the only one in the past Zu An told his real name to. (also the love of Peacock Princess, sorry I forgot)
- During the time he was trying to save the Sea Clan, he also went to some kind of Cursed Land that will become the future Netherworld, meeting the Asura Princess and helping her clan fight against the horse-face and ox-head (the 2 races that will become Netherworld servants). A Goddess appeared which Zu An has no chance of defeating, so he made a deal of gathering 6 seals for her then she will spare the Asura Clan.
- Going to the rebel force with Peacock Princess, Zu An met Xie Daoyun, whose identity was the demon saint of the rebels, though she has a different face because of her new identity in the past era. They found out that Pei Mianman changed directions from what they planned, so now Zu An is trying to find Pei Mianman and what happened to make her do so. He met the past Otherworld Demonlord and instigated him to take action agaisnt Lord of Slaughter to take over his position.
