I felt so bad for Wakagi's brother. Poor guy - he didn't deserve any of the crap he got from Sailor V. Granted, it wasn't really her fault, but... The humor of this chapter was a bit mean-spirited, IMO.
I also wonder why Hibiscusy specifically targeted Japanese tourists for energy. It almost felt like a self-parody, lampshading the fact that these villains always target Japan. There were probably loads of tourists in Greece and Hawaii - why do the Japanese ones have more energy? The world may never know...
Also, the connection between Sailor V and the ruins. I see what you did there, Naoko. ;P
