Man, the FL was interesting to read, really a likeable character, but what's up with the ML? I have high standards, honestly, and so couldn't stand him for a bit. He's such a hypocrite and a character with basically no personality. He's extremely rude, obnoxious and narcissistic, and his two redeeming qualities are that he is rich and handsome. That's it. He humiliates MC the first time they meet by handing her a cheque and asking her to not follow him. No, she wasn't following him. She didn't even know him. And then 2 days later, he is manipulating things in the background to follow MC everywhere. Pathetic.Also, what's with all these FMCs in Chinese novels easily giving in to the ML's good looks? Like, have you never seen a good-looking guy? Are you seriously that h**ny or lack self-control? Do you have no self-worth? Can you not see he's simply a rich tr*sh?Anyways, I don't recommend this novel to anyone.
