Actual good romance.The gist of the story is that a highschool guy who is living alone discovers that he is living right next to his recently-graduated early 20-something teacher. Stuff happens and they spend a lot of time together.MC is not a beta wuss. I repeat, MC is not a beta wuss. He is actually very proactive, and is not scared to say what's on his mind (sometimes even a bit of ecchi stuff, just on the level that FeMC can handle).FeMC is a bit more unrealistic than MC, as she's a very serious working woman who, by all accounts, is extremely attractive, yet has never been touched by a man. Basically a pure, hardworking, yet slightly clumsy angel, like most novel love interests do. She has zero knowledge about men so her defenses are zero, and it's really entertaining to see our straightforward and blunt MC go for this awkward oneesan and try to get closer to her heart despite all the societal taboos and shit.TL;DR:MC is great.FeMC is cute.Story is diabetes.
