This is a very nishe novel.If you are a fun of misunderstandings go for it. The way they are seem fun.But as someone who despises such a trope, I tried my best to ignore it. After reading a bit I can say that the writing is decent. How the author slowly builds the world and hints on future event is enjoyable.One thing that isn't decent is translation. It's sub-par at best. However the main reason for that is the fact that there is only one translator and no editor or proofreader.Conclusion is such, if you can handle a good Mtl (still very noticeable), give it a try and support the translator.
