I don't understand why this wasn't tagged tragedy, but such is life I guess; sometimes you are only given one try at something in life, and once you miss that sole window of opportunity, there'll be no more second chances.

The female and male lead both have shortcomings. The FL should've looked closer and the ML should've asked for a definite answer. Right when they needed to toughen up, they failed to do it.
