I've read up to chapter 30, but MTL'd the rest of the story. The author had some pretty good ideas, the world building is surprisingly good, but overall the execution of the story is very lacking.The first 25 chapters is about a young girl who is abandoned because she has no magic power. It sets the tone that the world is very harsh and our MC has to struggle to survive. But suddenly she gains power and the story turns into this low tension, feel good, slice of life where this OP MC just does whatever she wants? Obviously there's still ups and downs, but at no point are you actually ever worried for the MC.Then there's this weird bit of h*mophobia randomly sprinkled in the later chapters (ch 600+ spoilers).Spoiler
At some point our MC gets a girlfriend called Yuri. After an event, Yuri turns into a boy. And everyone around them is all "oh thank god, same s*x marriage isn't allowed so you would have had to eventually break up and marry different people".
