Review's subject to change because I'm not very far, but it's a strong start. Qi Yu, the MC, is smart, playful, and ditzy without being obnoxious, a difficult balance to strike. The ML is still a bit flat, but there's a good foundation already being laid for more complexity.I find it a little difficult to believe that MC's warning Spoiler
was enough to drastically mitigate the ML's original, extremely violent reaction to being betrayed by his longtime servant but whatever, this is a BL and it's a given that the ML's going to treat the MC differently from the get-go.
