It's actually quite similar to the "Isekai Yururi Kikou ~Raising Children While Being an Adventurer~" novel, to the point I am constantly getting flashbacks. But without the children or summoned beasts. There isn't any plot to this novel, the guy just goes around collecting stuff. It is very relaxed novel with nothing happening.On the positive side, so far it actually avoids some of the annoying cliche's with s*upid jealousy or arrogant noble children and other things that normally get MC in trouble and he has to solve it. On the negative, the MC is your common Japanese wuss MC with no brains. I would say this is the biggest negative for me. He refuses the promotion that only has positives and no negatives for no reason, which just a few chapters later happens anyway. He was also given a s*upid amount of magic power, but he doesn't use it and struggles with some basic things that he should be able to do easily because he has no brains. Just in general MC's behavior is like any other shounen good guy protagonist.Read this if you have nothing to do and you just want to kill some time without stressing out. If you don't like stories without plot with a Japanese Gary Stu type MC, then it's not for you.
