Ch 32:It starts off strong and the narration was great for its pacing. It showed a lot of detail in what was quite a long timeframe. While the plot itself was predictable, it didn't matter much since the characters' expressions more than made up for it. The problem started when the pacing got excruciatingly slow. We have the same level of detail but it lingers on the same scene, the same dialogue for like half of the chapter. And then two scenes later it's the same scene but just one day after. The novel keeps on reinforcing and reiterating the same notion again and again, it felt like I was reading all those chapters for nothing. I'm writing this review because I was finding it hard to keep on reading and wanted to let the built-up frustrations out. I'll still give it more chance and see if the pacing gets better, but as for now it's gotten to be such a pain to read.
