UNDERRATED. It's so swamped with spice, you'll assume it's shallow. NOPE. The author alludes to the story working conveniently for the sake of 'plot', the FL brazenly and knowingly ignores red flags, there's big past life influences (but no OP bull like being seemingly omniscient), and later incorporates the odd mechanics of multiple timelines and lives... but it's all so subtle, the plot SEEMS magically smooth and shallow. In truth, the depth is woven in sneakily. The author must have tons of experience writing OR is some kinda prodigy. I want to say they're wasted writing spice but..... no. No, I am delighted they write spice.I'm slightly biased because we've got a cunning yandere ML that also offers convincing acts of innocence (you get chunks of both worlds). The FL is also an entertaining mix of intelligent, relatable, arrogant, and is clearly purposefully blinding herself to anything that doesn't add up. It's super refreshing that she does NOT pretend she's a pure soul or never touched a man (even in her past life). Lol, no. She's one of us, y'all, and she accepts it.If you dig the whole nobility setting in romantic fantasy, but wish heat got dialed to a 11/10, you're in for quite a treat.
