It might have 102 chapters but a very big chunk of it is just the movies MC acts in, in minute detail, and it's not even about acting, just the story.There's no point in writing stories inside a story apart from stretching the wordcount and disrupting the actual plot, which happened here.The characters are fine, the romance is sweet, villains are braindead and MC/ML OP, so your standard Chinese novel, no twists or turns, it's a laid back one that doesn't try to be special.Only three stars because of the blatant inflation, how it messes with the flow, and how mediocre the novel is.It's definitely readable and enjoyable (if you skip all the fillers), but you'll forget about it the next day.
